Offer Eligibility
- Valid for new Soliant.cloud customers only.
- Must sign up and execute hosting agreement by December 10, 2025.
- Offer applies to one (1) hosting instance per customer.
- Cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
Credit Coverage
- Soliant will provide a total promotional credit of $2,000 applied evenly per month until the total is exhausted or twelve (12) months have elapsed, whichever occurs first.
- Credit applies to AWS service usage and Soliant.cloud maintenance and administration fees.
Billing and Payment
- Customer must provide valid payment method (credit card, ACH) for account setup and billing.
- Once promotional credit is fully expended, customer will be billed monthly at AWS on-demand rates plus applicable Soliant.cloud maintenance and administration fees, in accordance with the hosting agreement.
- If usage exceeds the monthly credit allocation in any given month, the excess amount will be billed to the payment method provided.
- When promotional credit balance reaches zero, standard billing commences immediately.
- Late payment terms and fees as specified in the standard Soliant.cloud hosting agreement apply to all charges.
Service Limitations
- Support requests outside normal maintenance and administration scope will be billed at Soliant’s standard consulting rate as detailed in the hosting agreement.
- Additional services, SideCar subscriptions, and custom configurations not covered under promotional credit.
- FileMaker Server upgrades are performed in a timely manner after they’ve been released by Claris and vetted by us. Major version upgrades generally incur a small cost, which is not covered by the promotional credits.
Cancellation and Credit Forfeiture
- Customer may cancel service at any time without penalty or commitment.
- Upon service cancellation, any remaining portion of the $2,000 promotional credit is immediately forfeited and non-transferrable.
- Unused promotional credit cannot be refunded, transferred to other accounts, or applied to other services.
Term and Transition
- Promotional period begins on service activation date.
- Customer transitions to standard monthly billing when either: (a) twelve (12) months have elapsed, or (b) the $2,000 promotional credit is fully expended, whichever occurs first.
General Conditions
- Customer must execute and comply with all terms of standard Soliant.cloud Managed Hosting Services Agreement.
- Promotional credit cannot be transferred, sold, or applied to other accounts.
- Soliant reserves the right to verify customer eligibility and cancel promotional benefits for non-compliance.
- Standard hosting agreement terms govern all aspects of service not specifically addressed in these promotional terms.
- This promotional offer is available at the discretion of Soliant Consulting and may be withdrawn without notice.
Activation Requirements
- Customer must complete account setup process including payment method verification.
- FileMaker Server licensing must be provided by the customer, or purchased through Soliant.
- Service activation subject to standard Soliant.cloud onboarding procedures and technical requirements.
